CyreneAI Liquid Rights / Future Rights are the platform's mechanism for early-stage capital formation on Solana. 

They enable founders to raise capital by tokenizing a small portion of their project's future participation rights, creating transparent, tradable on-chain participation while retaining operational control and the vast majority of ownership. 

Liquid Rights represent a contractual participation right in a project's future success. They are designed to provide early economic participation without transferring operational control of the company.
